Uncooked Raspberry Jam

This jam has a gorgeous flavour and can be kept for 3-6 months, depending on conditions. The colder the better! No other fruit can be used in this way.

Granny, eat your heart out! The 21st Century Queen of Puddings (Tessa's updated version)

Cucumber Relish (Shlada L’filfil)

Serves 6. You will need a cucumber, spanish onion, chilli peppers, olive oil, wine vinegar and tomatoes.

Cucumber Salad with Mint

(Khia Bil Na’Na)

Serves 6. You will need 1 large cucumber, Salt, Juice of 1 lemon, 3 x 15ml spoons olive oil, A few sprigs of mint, finely chopped freshly ground black pepper.
